- Help! I just need someone who will listen to me and not accuse me of making up the excruciating pain that I am in. I was in 2 rear-end car accidents. 2003, & then an identical one in 2006. I suffered whiplash, neck, thoracic & lumbar sprains, osteoarthritis, scoliosis and knee pain. At worst I could barely stand or walk. I have been unemployed for 3 yrs, could not get disability & actually have good days.
People do not want to hear about pain. They do not understand the crippling aspect of it.

Tell Me I'm Not Alone
Hello,
I just want to share with other sufferers the fact that some days are very, very difficult. Hard to get out of bed difficult. My pain often makes me sad and I do alot of crying. I am not a wimp - I work hard at whatever I can do.
My back injuries contribute to feelings of hopelessness and I want to live better before my life is over...
