I HIGHLY recommend that you find yourself a Maximized Living chiropractor and GO! Even if it's miles and miles away... I've been to 9 chiro's in my city over that past 36 years -- not one of them ever took a FOLLOW UP x-ray to see the improvement th…

In my teen years I was diagnosed with scoliosis. The doctor wrote me a prescription for a brace. I would wear it to school and head straight for the bathroom to take it off. I wish there was a medical garment like “Body Magic” back then it would have made a big difference in my life. I am now a 30 year old woman and was making the decision to have surgery until I found out about this garment, January, of this year. It has truly made a difference in my posture and back pain.

Nothing can replace a chiropractic adjustment to correct spinal misalignments, but the "Body Magic" is a treatment garment designed by an orthopedic surgeon that helps place the low back in a better position to deal with day-to-day stress.

I'm sorry to hear of your house it does seam that mother nature is very unsettled now as of late...

As of now we do not have any programs specific to carpal tunnel but it is a muscle imbalance issue and an inflammation issue our best recommendation is our enzyme therapy Heal-n-Soothe if you would like we can offer you a free trial of Heal-n-Soothe...

Hi all - again!

Has anyone tried using the inversion table without sturdy, tie shoes on? I know they say to always have sturdy, tie-on shoes, but IS IT OK TO USE IT WITHOUT? - Like slip-ons or just socks? Has anyone ever slipped out of it during use? It's a MAJOR ordeal for me to just get my right shoe and sock on because of my not bending 'challenges' - I just want to get on it whenever I can.... without having to change shoes and maybe have to put socks on too -esp. during the summer.....
Am I sounding just lazy?? but it IS a huge effort to just put on my shoes and socks..... ???
Any suggestions?
Thanks.....

About Me:
I am 62, partly retired, but am a substitute music teacher in WI. I play, teach and perform on the bassoon. I've spent about 30 yrs. researching and trying numerous types of alternatiave therapies for various health issues. I loooove all that I've learned, purchased and used from The Healthy Back Institute! Those guys and ALL THEIR PRODUCTS are Fantasic! Steve H even called me PERSONALLY one time to answer my email questions! That's personal service!!
My Xrays show that I have Rt hip arthritis. It started about 6-7 yrs. ago.
MRI's show that I have spinal stenosis both in cervical and lumbar areas.
I have progressing carpal tunnel esp. in the Rt hand. I've had some scary moments getting ready to play some concerts and have had my 1st 2 fingers go totally numb and can't feel the 2 holes those fingers are supposed to cover -- and what comes out of the instrument are 'squawks'!! Not good! so far, it has NOT happened during a concert, but I can feel the numbness progressing.
I am a total believer in alternative medicine/therapies and am planning on avoiding any and all surgeries.
I've been using a mini-trampoline, inversion table, Back Joy, Lifezyme, just started Triple fish Oil and all seem to be helping BIG TIME!!
I am looking for a thorough description of what spinal stenosis is -- and if it's really possible to reverse it?
Is it possible to totally avoid hip replacement?
And what's causing this terrible 'kink/catch' in my right groin and top of the right, front thigh that keeps me from being able to put my right sock on and does not allow me to bend enough to do it. Is it the hip arthritis? --- or the spinal stenosis?? -- or what??
Would/Will the LTBP muscle balancing program help get rid of this?
Also at night I normally sleep in the fetal position on either side, but before I can turn over I have to take my time and slowly stretch out all my front leg muscles before I can move. I also sleep with a pillow between my knees to help avoid strain on my lower back. What's with the extremely tight front muscles? I do a lot of sitting everyday and not much walking..... Ummmmm.....
