- Hi i had L4 disc removed 13yrs ago.Been ok upto now.Just started again with severe back pain.I also have 2 more discs ready to go.What do you take for pain relief?

- I am a recovering back pain and sciatica sufferer. I am interested in health and self improvement issues. I valued the help and support I got when I was in a lot of pain with my sciatica and love to help others where I can.
BTW I was diagnosed through MRI with 2 herniated dessicated degenerative discs L4/5 and L5/S1 . Had low back pain and severe sciatica in both legs form the hip to my toes.
