Has anyone found relief from carpal tunnel pain and tingling from following the suggested stretches etc in The Lose the Back Pain System? --- and / or using the Inversion Table? If so, how long did it take to see results?

Has anyone used the Far-Infrared Sauna/heating system to lesson/get rid of carpal tunnel?

Hi Kathy,

I just went to the Dr with similar symptoms to what you describe and he said it could be Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. He said it might just go away on its own or if not the solution is surgery, but that mine is too minor yet to consider that. I only get the tingling at night and a bit of achiness in the day. What are your symptoms like Kathy?

I am currently looking to see what might help re exercises etc. as I want it to stay minor or get rid of it - hopefully not get worse!

As I am just looking around myself I cannot really suggest anything that has worked and also you need to have it checked out by a dr.

However, as with back issues I think we have to take control and do our own research too. (They said I would have to have surgery for my back but once I did Lose the back pain I didn’t have to have it)

I did get in touch with Steve to see what he thought and I hope if I am paraphasing him correctly, (Steve correct me if I got it wrong!) he said although they don’t do anything specific yet for carpal tunnel syndrome, the muscle balance therapy is the same. So in this case the wrist flexors (forearms) are going to be strong and tight and top of the arms are going to be weak. He suggested googling under images wrist stretch or forearm stretch, strengthen wrist extensors. I had a look and I will be trying a few out slowly and gently to see if they help or not and doing more reading.

I also read that vitamin B6 deficiency could be a factor but better to take a whole Vit B supplement and that inflammation can be a factor as well so I maybe take something for that. I wont be taking anti inflammatory meds though as they tear up my stomach so going for more natural.

So I am not sure yet what will work but I would like to try things prior to considering any surgery. If you get to know of anything Kathy or anyone has any ideas or suggestions would love to hear.
